We’re seeking a Clinical Therapist (LSW / LPC) to provide community-based behavioral health services to youth and families in a treatment foster care program. This role is ideal for licensed clinicians looking to grow their clinical skills, receive supervision toward independent licensure, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy and behavioral health counseling to youth and families
- Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Serve as the primary clinician for assigned foster care cases
- Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health record
- Collaborate with foster parents, schools, courts, and community partners
- Attend treatment team meetings and court-related appointments
- Use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Ohio LSW or LPC license required
- Interest in working toward independent licensure (LISW / LPCC)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work in community-based and home-based settings
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
