  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a timely, respectful manner

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed

  • Track trends in customer sentiment or recurring issues

  • Maintain a consistent tone aligned with brand voice and company guidelines

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media messages and engagement

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social inbox platforms

  • Ability to respond with professionalism in a public setting

  • Organized, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure
