Pay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)

BrightStar CNA Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities:
  • Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene
  • Dressing and undressing
  • Toileting support, etc.
• Monitor and report vital signs under RN supervision
• Provide care aligned with each patients individualized plan, including:
• Feeding and meal preparation
• Changing linens and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support

BrightStar CNA Qualifications:

• Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• If you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings required
• A Valid Driver's License (Permits Not Accepted)
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
• Able to travel within our coverage territories
• Empathy for the needs of the client
• A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience
