Job Summary
The Landscape Account Manager / Designer is responsible for managing commercial and estate landscape maintenance accounts while supporting landscape design and enhancement projects. This role oversees client relationships, crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, account profitability, and successful execution of landscape and masonry projects.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Management

Manage assigned landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts

Serve as primary client contact; address requests and concerns promptly

Conduct property inspections and prepare monthly status reports

Identify enhancement opportunities and develop proposals
Operations & Production Coordination
-
Coordinate daily schedules for maintenance and enhancement crews
-
Ensure work is completed per contract, specifications, and quality standards

Monitor job progress, budgets, and production efficiency

Enforce safety and company procedures across job sites
Estimating & Business Development
-
Prepare maintenance and enhancement proposals and cost estimates

Price change orders and ensure accurate processing

Support new account development and client retention
Design & Project Support

Develop landscape and masonry design concepts as required

Coordinate with landscape, irrigation, tree care, and construction teams

Interface with subcontractors and suppliers for materials and services
Administrative & Financial

Maintain account budgets and profitability targets

Ensure accurate scheduling, reporting, and documentation

Review vendor pricing and purchasing accuracy
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or green industry
-
Experience managing landscape maintenance or commercial accounts
-
Knowledge of landscape construction, plant materials, and masonry elements

Strong estimating, proposal writing, and client management skills
-
Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects

Proficiency in business and landscape management software
-
Valid driver's license required
-
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday (seasonal Saturdays as needed)
