Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify physician medication orders

• Dispense medications in compliance with hospital policies

• Monitor patient medication therapies and offer clinical recommendations

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Colorado pharmacist license

• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience
