Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator delivers comprehensive office support to multiple departments across the firm, in addition to providing essential front desk reception coverage when needed.

Compensation:

$18 hour

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate team member. Will transfer a caller to a team member’s voice mailbox when the team member is unavailable.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Provides callers with information such as firm address, directions to the firm location, firm fax numbers, firm website, and other related information
  • Greets and directs visitors to the firm
  • Receives, sorts, and scans incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PC applications, Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Prior office and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize


Preferred Experience

  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
