Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Mental Health Counselor (MHC) to join our practice. This role is ideal for associate-level clinicians (AMFTs or equivalent) looking to gain hours toward licensure under the supervision of an experienced LMFT. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with diverse populations, eager to develop their clinical skills, and committed to ethical and culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to clients under supervision.

Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Participate in weekly clinical supervision and case consultation meetings.

Attend team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with other providers as needed to support client care.

Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field (required).

Registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or equivalent with [State Licensing Board].

Eligible to work under clinical supervision toward licensure.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
