What You'll Do

• Install residential (and some commercial) HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer comfort.
• Perform system installations with precision and efficiency.
• Handle installation challenges for the furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, ductwork, and related equipment that you will install, with creative and customer friendly solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate Model/Serial number records, inventory tools/parts, and uphold safety protocols on every job.
• Go the extra mile: Leave every job site cleaner than you found it, follow up on customer satisfaction, and contribute ideas to improve team performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential focus preferred).
• EPA certification and 06A Electrical License.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the trade (lifting, climbing, working in varied conditions).
• Proven track record of pride in workmanship, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
