Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct acute care and triage assessments
  • Perform well-woman examinations
  • Administer pre-operative evaluations
  • Follow up with patients post-ER or hospital visits
  • Collaborate with 2-3 physicians in a Primary Care Pod model to improve patient care and manage inbasket tasks
  • Carry out annual physicals and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience in Internal Medicine preferred
  • Board Certification required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • California Licensure necessary
  • California Furnishing License required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
