Position Responsibilities
- Conduct acute care and triage assessments
- Perform well-woman examinations
- Administer pre-operative evaluations
- Follow up with patients post-ER or hospital visits
- Collaborate with 2-3 physicians in a Primary Care Pod model to improve patient care and manage inbasket tasks
- Carry out annual physicals and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
Qualifications and Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience in Internal Medicine preferred
- Board Certification required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- California Licensure necessary
- California Furnishing License required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
