Job DescriptionSalary:

Summary
The Leadership Support Agent plays a vital role in enhancing the experience and success of Brand Partners by providing exceptional service, business education, and strategic support. This role is responsible for assisting Brand Partners across all stages of growth, utilizing multiple communication channels and internal systems to foster engagement, retention, and leadership advancement. Leadership Support Agents also contribute to team success through collaboration, adaptability, and a strong understanding of Young Livings mission and values. This position specifically requires professional fluency (reading, writing and speaking) in both English and Spanish.



Essential Functions

  • Provide day-to-day business support for Brand Partners via phone, email, chat/SMS, and in-person channels
  • Educate Brand Partners on company policies, compensation plans, programs, and tools to enhance their business success
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, accurately, and professionally
  • Support new and emerging leaders with strategic business guidance, depending on need and experience
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments to resolve escalations and complex cases
  • Represent the company at events and training sessions, supporting setup, logistics, and field education
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members as requested
  • Adapt approach based on field needs, team objectives, and evolving business priorities



Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • High degree of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with compensation plans and field-facing business models, or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to navigate multiple internal systems and support platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities



Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or relevant post-secondary coursework
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, leadership support, or direct sales environments



Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered



Supervisory Responsibility:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off every week. Occasional evening and additional weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.

Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employees manager.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
