Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) is a rapidly expanding brand providing innovative temporary containment solutions to the commercial construction industry. We are seeking a motivated and articulate Account Executive to play a crucial role in expanding and serving our client base, and driving growth within the sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities, sales presentations, managing client relationships, high quality service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a growth-oriented role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to serve customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact key decision-makers within the commercial construction, facility management and related industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Network consistently through direct outreach, site walkthroughs, attending industry events, arranging informational meetings such as lunch & learns, and leveraging established professional relationships.
- Generate and actively pursue sales leads to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct highly effective sales presentations, tailoring the approach to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain an accurate client database.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to foster strong partnerships and identify opportunities for expanding partnerships with them.
- Coordinate with construction project managers to schedule installation, service, and removal of temporary wall systems and related equipment.
- Plan wall installations, manage site installation team, and make on-the-job, site-specific installation decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, features, and technical specifications to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Attend weekly team meetings to report on sales figures and ongoing operations.
- Represent the TWS brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Partner with the leadership team to build and execute business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Set and achieve sales goals and all relevant metric targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of related B2B sales experience
- Preference for candidates with some experience working with or in the commercial construction industry.
Skills
- Ability to meet goals, stay organized, be proactive and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Friendly and personable demeanor with a genuine desire to serve customers.
- Must be able to travel throughout the East Bay service area for customer and site visits, and installations/installations.
- Proficient with using technology.
