We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care physician to join our well-established practice within one of the most advanced and financially robust hospital systems located in a picturesque riverfront area of Northeast Missouri. This esteemed group serves a population of 300,000 and is known for its high levels of physician satisfaction and impressive retention rates.

Practice Overview

• No competition in the local market.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

• Clinical duties consist of 36 hours per week (including office visits and procedures) with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks.

• Focus on outpatient care only.

• Patient load of 20-24, with the option to see more if desired.

• This opportunity arises due to upcoming retirements.

• Rural practice setting with one Advanced Practice Provider currently in place.

• Welcoming applications from residents graduating in 2023 and 2024.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary with additional RVU bonus potential.
