Work in a cleanroom environment to assemble parts, operate molding presses, and perform continuous visual inspections to ensure product quality. You will prepare and clean the cleanroom, operate up to four machines at once, trim and package parts, and document work according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) while meeting production goals. This role requires steady hands-on work, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean, controlled environment throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts in a cleanroom environment.
- Operate molding presses and other machinery, up to four at once.
- Perform continuous visual inspections to maintain product quality.
- Prepare and clean the cleanroom for daily operations.
- Trim and package parts according to specifications.
- Document all work in compliance with GDP.
- Meet production goals consistently.
Essential Skills
- Experience with cleanroom practices to maintain a controlled environment.
- Proficiency in assembly techniques for accurate product construction.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections to identify defects.
- Competency in machine operation and packaging tasks.
- Experience with medical devices and use of microscopes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Steady manual dexterity for handling small parts.
- Basic math skills and comfort with hand tools.
- Experience with ERP systems for accurate documentation.
- Ability to work safely and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain consistency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
