Now Hiring: Pediatrician – Outpatient Pediatric Early Intervention Clinic
Location: Staten Island, New York
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $220,000.00 - $250,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician who is committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and making a difference in the lives of families across New York.
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, well-child visits, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, ADHD, infections, and developmental concerns.
- Educate and counsel patients and families on growth milestones, nutrition, behavioral health, and preventive care.
- Coordinate with specialists, social workers, and care managers to support holistic patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and ensure timely communication with patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and peer collaboration.
- Support and mentor medical students or residents if applicable.
- Optional: Participate in hospital newborn rounds or pediatric inpatient care (if hybrid or hospital-based).
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
