- Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend: Additional shifts available with opportunities for more hours!

Position Summary
As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Resident Services Department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee associates in the Resident Services Department, including C.N.A.s (Resident Services Assistants).
- Assist in managing the medication program and support residents with self-administration of their medications.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Report any significant incidents or changes in residents' needs to the Executive Director or Resident Services Director.
- Assist in completing resident assessments and developing service plans.
- Support clinical assessments and recertifications in accordance with ALSA requirements.
- Help the Resident Services Director with hiring and performance management within the department.
- Participate in training and orientation for new associates.
- Engage in scheduled in-service programs, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Assist with the scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as necessary.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to associates in the Resident Services Department.
- Support residents and families to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Supervise RSA staff during care provision.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the relevant state(s).
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
- Preferred experience in assisted living or long-term care settings.
- Experience or special interest in working with seniors.
