We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a People Operations Associate at EOS IT Solutions, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring every new hire experiences a smooth, professional, and welcoming start to their journey with us. You will be responsible for orchestrating the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to the employee's first day and beyond, acting as a trusted liaison between new hires, hiring managers, and internal teams.

You will work closely with the HR Director and Talent Acquisition team to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reflects our values of transparency, quality, and global simplicity. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements, and fostering a culture of engagement and belonging from day one.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and employee experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and conduct engaging new hire orientations in collaboration with the HR team, ensuring alignment with company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity across all onboarding documentation and HR systems.
  • Initiate and oversee background checks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments—including IT, Operations, and Client Services—to ensure all onboarding logistics are executed seamlessly.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address any delays or issues, escalating when necessary to maintain service excellence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding workflows and candidate experience.
  • Represent EOS at hiring events and career fairs, contributing to brand visibility and talent pipeline development.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a recruitment coordination or HR support role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment and onboarding processes simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting international recruitment or onboarding processes is a strong advantage.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to support teams and candidates across multiple time zones and regions.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for hiring events (minimum once per quarter) and internationally as needed.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with global employment practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience working within a matrixed or client-facing organization.
