Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough nursing assessments and promptly intervene to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide skilled nursing care aligned with physician-authorized plans and established nursing standards.
• Process and follow up on physician/provider orders accurately and in a timely manner, including medication management.
• Evaluate treatment plan effectiveness and collaborate with medical teams to recommend improvements.
• Assist physicians with procedures and manage sophisticated medical equipment confidently.
• Deliver comfort and clear discharge instructions to patients and their families.
• Respond to ambulance radio communications, providing immediate prehospital care orders when necessary.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills in acute care settings
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient support
• Competence in handling complex and simple nursing procedures
• Familiarity with emergency equipment and protocols
