About the Role
Are you a social media expert who thrives on driving measurable results? We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand across all major platforms. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our visibility, strengthening our reputation, and generating qualified leads in highly competitive legal markets.
You'll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Marketing Officer, and a cross-functional marketing team—including content writers, designers, and review specialists—to develop and execute campaigns that convert clicks into clients.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and authority.

Ensure creative content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.

Maintain consistency across organic posts, paid ads, and community interactions.

Stay on top of competitor activity and emerging social trends.
Paid Social & Conversion Optimization
-
Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Run A/B tests to optimize click-through rate, cost-per-lead, and case conversion.

Leverage first-party data (Litify/Salesforce, CTM, email lists) for retargeting campaigns.
Reputation Management & Engagement

Collaborate with review team to promote client success stories on social.

Manage and respond to reviews/comments across platforms with professionalism.

Flag and help remove policy-violating or inappropriate reviews when necessary.
Data, Reporting & Campaign Attribution

Track performance using CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) and Litify/Salesforce.

Implement and manage tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Use Zapier to automate reporting workflows.

Deliver clear reports and insights via Looker Studio.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Competencies

Deep expertise in paid social strategy, especially for lead generation.

Strong grasp of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for social campaigns.

Understanding of reputation management in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, etc.).

Tech-savvy with experience in:

Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and paid social advertising.

Proven track record driving ROI through social media in competitive industries.

Familiarity with SEO and the role of social in boosting organic visibility.

Knowledge of advertising compliance for legal services on Meta/Google.
