Business Manager/Accounting Specialist

Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Business Manager to oversee the financial operations and employee benefit programs across our companies. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of billing systems, accounting processes, and HR coordination—supporting both creative talent and operational excellence.


Please note: This is an on-site position based in Tulsa, OK. Remote work is not available for this role.


Key Responsibilities

•Billing & Receivables

oManage advertising and sponsorship billing cycles, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.

oCoordinate with sales and traffic departments to reconcile broadcast contracts with billing records.

oPrepare monthly revenue reports and maintain documentation for audits.


Accounting Support

oCollaborate with external and internal accounting teams to manage budgets, cash flow, expenses and forecasting.

oOversee accounts payable and receivable processes; monitor financial transactions.

oAssist with quarterly and annual financial reporting and year-end closing activities.


Employee Benefits Coordination

oAdminister employee benefit programs, including health insurance, dental plans, retirement (401[k]), and paid time off.

oServe as the primary liaison for benefit-related inquiries and updates.

oSupport onboarding and HR compliance, ensuring a smooth experience for new and existing staff.

•General Operations

•Streamline and improve internal systems for efficiency and transparency.

•Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic planning.


Qualifications

•Proven experience in billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations; familiarity with media billing systems is a plus.

•Solid understanding of accounting principles; degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred.

•Experience handling employee benefits or HR coordination.

•Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive communication style.
