The GYM Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. This role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Supervise and lead the gym staff to deliver exemplary customer service and achieve operational targets.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Design strategies to increase membership and improve member engagement through innovative programs and events.
- Monitor gym performance metrics and prepare regular reports detailing operational performance, member satisfaction, and financial reports.
- Maintain equipment, ensure proper use, and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from members professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial operations related to the gym.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the gym and its services effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in gym management or a similar role within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and member experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Understanding of fitness trends and the ability to implement innovative programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and gym management software.
- Flaunt English is a must.
