We are hiring a PRODUCT CATEGORY MANAGER to lead sales strategies, new product commercialization, innovation, marketing and promotion of one of our most important product lines - Tile and Stone Installation Systems.

If you are looking to get away from the hustle of the City, our Corporate offices are located in scenic woodland complete with walking trails and free parking, in Center Township, 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the product segment across all channels partnering with Marketing, Business Managers and Sales Managers
  • Lead NPI and commercialization process collaborating with R&D, Operations, Production and Technical
  • Research new markets, trends, needs, competitive environment, propose and drive solutions
  • Maximize use of global product catalog (global cross selling)
  • Implement product strategy with Business Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Managers, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, be responsible for development of a broad product marketing strategy, including brand, product, position, channel and promotion.
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of ARDEX Tile and Stone Installation Systems
  • Develop and implement effective value propositions/messaging to drive and support sales efforts, together with developing national and regional promotions and implementation oversight.
  • Oversight of product packaging, design and production, together with the development of marketing materials including; literature, technical data sheets, website, digital and promotional materials
  • Align budget within program goals



What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in product management, marketing, or business development
  • Strong commercial experience with pricing, costing, budgets and impact on profitability
  • Strategic mindset and ability to lead projects start to finish
  • Strong focus on understanding customer requirements and value propositions
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
