Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is seeking a Travel Pharmacist for a PRN assignment in Maine. This is a short-term, full-time travel role supporting a healthcare clinic from September 24 through October 6. The Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, including prescription processing, therapeutic consultation, and vaccination administration. Clinical experience is highly valued.
Position Details:
Location: Maine
Setting: Healthcare Clinic
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Assignment Dates: PRN September 24 October 6
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmacy support during clinic operating hours (up to 40 hours/week)
Analyze medication regimens for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness
Check for drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and compliance issues
Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately
Offer patient counseling in person and by phone
Administer routine vaccinations
Assist with inventory, ordering, stocking, and managing supply shortages
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program
Active pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or D.C.
Certificate in Immunizations
Proficiency in EHR, RPMS, ScriptPro, Pyxis MedStation, and CII Safe
BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination preferred
