Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Position Type: Full-Time, 3rd Shift (Sunday 8:00 PM – Friday 4:00 AM, with possible weekend overtime)
Compensation: $30–$36/hr (Based on Experience) + Shift Premium, Quarterly Bonuses

Job Purpose
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on heavy machinery, including PLCs, frequency drives, and high-voltage equipment (480V+). Your work will ensure continuous production and maintain a safe, efficient plant.

Key Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, and repair electrical controls including PLCs, drives, motors, and related equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
Support facility maintenance such as lighting, wiring, plumbing, and minor repairs
Follow safety procedures and participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Assist production teams when needed under supervisor direction

Qualifications

4+ years electrical maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, ladder logic, and NEC standards
Experience with medium/high voltage systems (480V+) and AC/DC motors
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
Ability to work 3rd shift with occasional weekend overtime
Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
Comfortable working in industrial environments using hand and power tools
