Summary
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic team at Mintáhoe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests, at the Archdiocese of St. Paul.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and safety practices.
Requirements:
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations including ordering items to complete lunches and dinners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work (every week) Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 9:00am-6:00pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 36 per week
