Job DescriptionWe're seeking a laborer for a short-term (2-month) contract. This position is 2ND SHIFT! 4:00pm-2:00am. The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, supporting a team, and working outdoors in varying conditions Job Title: General Laborer Location: Oakwood, Ohio Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: 4:00pm-2:00am Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lift and move materials as directed</li>
<li>Load and unload vehicles</li>
<li>Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup</li>
<li>Perform general labor activities as needed</li>
<li>Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Required: High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Must have 6inch lace up work boots</li>
<li>0–4 years of prior related experience</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Physical labor is a major component of the role</li>
<li>Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday</li>
<li>Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals</li>
<li>Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes</li>
<li>Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting</li>
