Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking a confident, highly organized Hygiene Coordinator to manage recall and scheduling for a high-volume hygiene department of 14 hygienists at our main location. This role is essential to keeping schedules full, productive, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage hygiene recall and patient follow-up to ensure timely scheduling of due and overdue patients
• Maintain full schedules for all hygiene providers and aggressively fill open time
• Accurately schedule all hygiene appointment types, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance.
• Monitor schedules daily to minimize gaps, cancellations, and lost production
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the hygiene schedule

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident, decisive, and highly organized
• Comfortable managing high volume
• Strong communication skills with both patients and clinical teams
• Dental scheduling or hygiene coordination experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Dentrix
