We are seeking a passionate School Psychologist to join our remote education team, providing prehensive psychological services to students across Ohio's virtual school environments. This position bines professional expertise with the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful difference in students' mental health and academic success.

Position Overview

This full-time remote opportunity involves 35-37.5 hours per week managing a caseload of 50-60 students from kindergarten through high school. You'll deliver specialized psychological services through advanced virtual platforms, ensuring students receive quality mental health support while developing essential coping skills for academic and social success.

Core Functions

  • Execute virtual psychological evaluations using digital assessment tools
  • Analyze assessment data and create prehensive psychological reports
  • Design individualized treatment programs targeting specific behavioral objectives
  • Deliver engaging counseling sessions through interactive virtual environments
  • Monitor and document student progress using data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student outes
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide professional expertise
  • Support families with behavioral strategies and mental health resources
  • Maintain professional standards and regulatory pliance

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program
  • Current Ohio school psychologist licensure
  • Minimum 2 years school-based experience
  • Virtual service delivery experience preferred
  • Technology proficiency for remote assessment and intervention
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention techniques
  • Excellent organizational and munication abilities

Service Population

Our virtual platform serves students with diverse psychological needs including learning disabilities, emotional disorders, behavioral challenges, and developmental concerns. You'll work with students who have autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other mental health conditions, utilizing innovative virtual approaches to deliver effective psychological interventions and support services.
