Job DescriptionBilingual Administrative Receptionist
-Pay: $20/hr
-Location: Santa Paula, CA
*Bilingual – English and Spanish required*

-We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to support daily office operations.

-Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Provide administrative support to staff
• Manage schedules, emails, and documents
• Assist with data entry and filing
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish

-Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
