Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available in a school setting in Indianapolis, IN, specializing in preschool caseloads. This contract role offers the opportunity to support early childhood development with approximately 60 students, providing targeted OT services during standard weekday hours.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student records and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program development.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials appropriate for school-based practice.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a school setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based OT interventions.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
