We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team at our facility located on Hanover Street in Sugar Notch, PA. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality cabinetry components by effectively operating woodworking machinery and ensuring rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed technical drawings of cabinetry components to produce end products of the highest standard.
- Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders, glue machines, and hand tools.
- Participate in the training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team.
- Operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and hand tools.
- Strong inspection skills with previous manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of using a tape measure accurately.

Work Environment
Work in a new, spacious manufacturing facility that operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please note that the environment is not temperature-controlled. Candidates are eligible for a perfect attendance bonus. The dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Notch, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
