Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about patient care, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing a high patient volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a daily caseload of 12–14 patients per day
• Handle double-booked follow-up appointments efficiently
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare professionals
• Float to nearby clinics as needed

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific as applicable)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient load
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
