Job Description
Seeking a talented Graphic Designer II to develop clear, visually compelling designs that communicate complex concepts and processes. This role supports a variety of internal and external initiatives, including proposals, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, presentations, SharePoint content, and training materials.
The ideal candidate is both creative and technically proficient, able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and experienced in supporting digital transformation initiatives through innovative visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality graphics, visuals, photos, and presentation materials
- Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, easy-to-understand visuals
- Support proposals, internal presentations, training products, and strategic documentation
- Develop content for digital platforms including SharePoint and internal customer tools
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality
- Contribute to creative solutions that support digital transformation efforts
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
(Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education) - Experience with most graphic design application programs
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with tools such as SolidWorks, 3DS Max, Modo, ZBrush, Dreamweaver, WordPress, Google Apps
- Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, and 2D/3D animation
- Familiarity with 3D printing software (Autodesk Mesh Fusion, Netfabb, SketchUp, etc.)
- Video production experience (filming, editing, post-production) using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with the ability to visualize complex concepts
