- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)\n
- Shift: Day shift — 8-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly after first week of orientation\n
- Employment Type: Travel (On-site)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,380 - $2,550 per week\n
- Start: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment\n
\n\nQualifications & Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or equivalent medical imaging experience\n
- Active Hawaii state license required (applying upon acceptance is acceptable; must hold by start date)\n
- ARRT (N) or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine\n
- BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA)\n
- Ability to float to other units/departments based on competency and licensure\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Prepare and dispense radiopharmaceuticals following safety and regulatory guidelines\n
- Perform general nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including SPECT and routine planar studies\n
- Camera quality control (daily/weekly NRC-required QC) and documentation\n
- Receive, document, and manage radioactive shipments and inventory\n
- EKG preparation and monitoring for cardiac exams\n
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment including SIEMENS Dual Headed ECAM with ESOFT processing, CAPTUS 3000, NMIS, and GE MAC 5000\n
- Ensure radiation safety, infection control, and accurate patient care documentation\n
- Adhere to department dress code: scrubs, street clothes, and lab coat\n

- Experience with cardiac nuclear studies and radiopharmaceutical preparation\n
- Familiarity with digital imaging systems and nuclear medicine information systems (NMIS)\n
- Strong patient communication and clinical documentation skills\n
