Position Overview:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join our production team. This role focuses on removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined components to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.

MUST BE SPANISH SPEAKING (Bilingual with Spanish and English)

Pay:
$17.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Work Type:
Contract to hire (4 months contract before being hired permanently)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality system requirements

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Deburr CNC machined parts, including breaking sharp edges and cleaning holes

• Remove finished parts from parent material, eliminating tabs and blending surfaces as needed

• Blend mismatched areas and refine surface finishes when required

• Work with the quality department to complete rework when necessary

• Support and uphold company values in all activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Clear verbal communication skills

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift

• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish

• Ability to learn and interpret basic planning documents in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with manufacturing processes and technology

• Prior deburring or finishing experience with metallic parts

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
