Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to overall team success.

• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.

• Adapt therapy techniques based on client feedback and changing needs.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Utilize technology and tools to enhance therapy delivery and documentation.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.

• Strong ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Proficient in monitoring and documenting client progress effectively.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.

• Understanding of regulatory and ethical standards in therapy.

• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for client care.

• Strong adaptability to modify therapy techniques based on feedback.
