Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Murray, Utah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and courteous approach.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure files are organized efficiently.
• Respond to email correspondence in a timely and detail-focused manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare documents, track information, and communicate effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office environment.• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Experience with email correspondence and scheduling appointments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
