What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact, answering all incoming calls with energy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Accurately process and enter customer orders, ensuring clear communication around exceptions and order status.
  • Become an expert in the Syspro ERP system to manage customer history, stock levels, and sales order tracking.
  • Handle returns, credits, and adjustments with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Support the Marketing team by creating, assembling, and proofreading marketing and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities that contribute to business growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Comfort working with ERP systems (Syspro experience a plus!) for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
