You agree not to communicate, divulge, or disclose to any other person, firm, or entity or use for your own benefit or purposes, any Confidential Information, except as required by law or court order or expressly authorized in advance in writing by the Vanguard Classical School. This covenant shall survive the expiration or termination of your employment by the Vanguard Classical School.
In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will be required to provide documented evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Please bring appropriate documentation with you to your New Hire Orientation. Federal Law states that the Charter School may not permit you to work more than three days without this documentation.
Lastly, please note that your employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the required criminal background clearance process, and that the failure to do so will render any offer null and void in its entirety.
