TIME ORGANIZATION,INC is a community-based behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered services that support recovery, independence, and overall well-being. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Aide to join our team and help ensure safe, timely, and supportive transportation for our clients.
Position Summary
The Transportation Aide plays an essential role in supporting clients’ access to behavioral health services. This position is responsible for transporting clients to and from appointments, programs, and community activities while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and a positive environment. The Transportation Aide also assists with basic client support during transport, ensuring a respectful and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to and from clinic appointments, community resources, and other approved destinations in company or agency vehicles.

Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles as needed, with particular care for individuals with mobility challenges.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness.

Maintain accurate records of transportation logs, mileage, and scheduling.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with clients and their families.

Report any safety concerns, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly to the supervisor.

Provide courteous and respectful support, fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the mission and values of the clinic.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).

Previous experience working in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services is strongly preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to work with diverse populations.

Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening per agency and state regulations.
