Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial and consumer collections with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment statuses.
• Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce platforms to track and manage accounts.
• Develop strategies to improve collection processes and reduce delinquency rates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collections.
• Prepare reports on collection performance and provide insights for process improvement.• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.
• Strong knowledge of billing and credit collection processes.
• Proficiency in using NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
