Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
- Build and maintain connections with potential customers or leads to cultivate new business and develop relationships
- Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products
- Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventories
- Provide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts
- May work on the counter or showroom to assist walk-in customers with their needs; as needed
- May work in the warehouse as needed to pull products, fill orders, count inventory, receive, and stock inventory
- May assist Outside Sales Representatives by researching products and meeting customer’s needs
- May schedule customer appointments for consultation on jobs and assist customers by providing quotes for their projects
- Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random drug screenings
- 2+ years’ experience in related industry
- Extended periods of sitting, viewing computer screens, and use of keyboard and telephone
- Human relations skills; oral and written communication skills
