Position Summary
Kendall Partners is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our digital presence and growth strategy for both Kendall Partners and Jeff Buys Your House (JBYH). This role requires a strategic individual who can blend a creative eye for detail with a data-driven approach to achieve measurable results based on factual information that can be tracked. The specialist will be responsible for implementing AI-enhanced SEO and AEO strategies, creating high-quality visual and written content, and managing all social media platforms to increase brand visibility, trust, and engagement across the Chicagoland area. This is an in-office position. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern marketing tools and a drive for execution to authentically communicate our companys mission and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for all platforms for both Kendall Partners and JBYH, maintaining separate branding for each. This includes creating engaging content like photos, videos, infographics, shorts, and reels, as well as managing comments and documenting company culture at team events through photos and videos.
- SEO & Website Management: Develop and implement an SEO strategy for the JBYH and Kendall Partners websites. This includes creating and posting monthly blog posts optimized for AI and SEO searches, and updating the websites as needed. There is potential to help with the maintenance and brand management of the mykpdeals website.
- Marketing & Communications: Create consumer-facing marketing materials, such as web ads, billboards, flyers, and mailers. Collaborate on scripts and talking points for interviews, commercials, and social media content. Manage testimonial campaigns to collect and distribute video and print testimonials.
- Performance Analysis & Collaboration: Closely track and analyze key performance metrics. Work as a team member in the Marketing and Data Technology department and be comfortable collaborating on a data-driven strategy. In collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, ensure consistent branding across all materials. Stay up to date with digital marketing and social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in digital marketing with a strong background in content creation, social media, and SEO.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe or Canva is preferred, along with a graphic design background.
- Preference for experience in photography and videography, or a strong desire to learn.
- Experience with web development platforms, specifically WordPress, is required.
- Strong communication skills and experience with executing social media tactics and campaigns that show tangible results.
- Knowledge of paid ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and video editing and scriptwriting experience are all preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and AI-driven optimization platforms.
- A passion for real estate, branding, and helping people through digital storytelling.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, in-office role based in Yorkville, IL
- Occasional need to lift/move office items (up to 25 lbs.)
