As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in upkeeping and repairing plant machinery to ensure they run smoothly and safely. Prevent major equipment outages and aid in minimizing downtime across our production line.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Analyze and address a variety of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems in industrial equipment and robotics.
- Execute regular preventive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment efficiency and durability.
- Repair or switch faulty parts or components using the required tools.
- Conduct detailed inspections and testing to foresee and prevent issues with machinery, crafting comprehensive maintenance plans.
- Collaborate effectively with production personnel to solve recurring faults and strategize impactful solutions.
- Accurately record maintenance activities, including job orders and equipment documentation.
Key to Success:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; candidates with a 2-4 year technical degree are preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a maintenance or electro-mechanical technician in the manufacturing realm.
- Thorough understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems preferred; experience with PLC/HMI systems, vacuum, and forklift operations is an advantage.
- Adeptness in the use of hand and power tools for maintenance operations.
- Capability to interpret technical manuals and schematics is required, along with basic computer proficiency.
- Must have good manual dexterity and the physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
