Velnox Solutions, Inc, is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Product Marketing Associates. This is a full-time role designed to give you real-world experience in marketing and sales — no prior experience required. This opportunity provides hands-on training and real-world experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, and relationship-building, helping you develop the communication and sales skills needed to grow a strong professional foundation.
In this role, you’ll learn how to engage new customers, build trust, and drive brand awareness while gaining transferable skills that support long-term career growth. You will be interacting daily with customers helping to carry out the promotional campaigns of our clients. You’ll also develop strong communication and sales techniques through hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent well-known client brands within top retail locations
- Interact with customers face-to-face to create positive experiences and grow brand recognition
- Deliver top-tier service while helping customers find the right solutions
- Participate in exciting product launches and in-store promotions
- Collaborate with a supportive team to reach shared performance goals
- Generate leads and drive sales efforts
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required)
- Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
