Job Description**NOW HIRING: Picker / Packer**
**Alliance, OH**
**Monday Friday | 8am - 4pm
Are you organized, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for a **Picker/Packer** to help prepare and ship products accurately and efficiently.
### **What Youll Do**
Pick finished goods from warehouse inventory using packing slips
Pack orders according to customer and company requirements
Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging before shipment
Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
Stage orders for daily pickup and organize outbound shipments
Load and unload trucks safely
Operate material handling equipment when needed
Maintain packing supply inventory
Assist with warehouse inventory counts throughout the year
Keep the warehouse **clean, organized, and safe**
### **Skills & Qualifications**
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows)
Ability to read packing slips and shipping documents
Strong **attention to detail**
Ability to **multitask in a fast-paced warehouse**
Good communication and organizational skills
Google Suite experience is a plus
