Haven View is a community-based service provider for individuals with disabilities, offering an array of services tailored to the unique needs and goals of youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as individuals with traumatic brain injuries.

Program Managers at Haven View play a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered services are delivered consistently and in accordance with each individuals Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP), Haven View policies, and all applicable regulations. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, supporting and supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals served.

Program Managers serve as the primary point of contact for staff, support coordinators, guardians, and external partners, and are responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Expectations

  • As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served, while maintaining compliance with all service requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Direct Care Professionals, including training, scheduling, performance oversight, and accountability.
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with each clients PCSP, behavior support plans, and identified goals.
  • Oversee and ensure timely, accurate completion of all required documentation, including incident reports, progress notes, monthly summaries, and other program records.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with support coordinators, guardians, clinical teams, and Haven View leadership.
  • Proactively identify and address program needs, staffing concerns, and client-related issues, escalating concerns appropriately and collaborating on solutions.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and empowering program culture that supports client independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead, support, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to respond calmly and appropriately in crisis or high-stress situations.
  • Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to meet program needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed in support of staff and clients.
  • Must pass a background check and maintain all required certifications, including CPR/First Aid.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, integrity, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
