Position: Certified Mastectomy Fitter (ABC/BOC)
Previous fitting experience required.
Lilly’s Mastectomy & Wig Boutique is a compassionate, private, and specialized environment where women receive expert post-mastectomy fittings, breast forms, medical-grade and fashion wigs, and recovery essentials. Our mission is to provide comfort, dignity, and exceptional care to women during sensitive health journeys.
We are seeking a Certified Mastectomy Fitter with prior hands-on experience in post-mastectomy fittings or related clinical fitting settings. This is a professional role that requires confidence, compassion, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with clients in a private, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide private, professional post-mastectomy bra and breast form fittings
- Assist clients with specialty bras, breast forms, wigs, and recovery products
- Deliver expert guidance with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Manage client appointments, documentation, and boutique workflow
- Support boutique operations including inventory, client coordination, and product education
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and healing environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Mastectomy Fitter (ABC or BOC required)
- Previous mastectomy fitting experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working one-on-one with clients in private settings
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional care
