Job Title: Project Success Manager & Dream Design Consultant
Location: New York City (On-site / Outside Role)
We create exceptional, one-of-a-kind metal artworks for a sophisticated and exclusive global clientele. Our work sits at the intersection of art, architecture, and ultra-luxury construction, delivering bespoke pieces for some of the most prestigious residential projects worldwide.
We are expanding our team in New York City and seeking bilingual, driven, and design-oriented professionals to join us as Project Success Manager & Dream Design Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about luxury design, client experience, and building relationships within high-end architecture and construction networks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the lifecycle.
Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and internal teams.
Ensure client expectations are consistently met through detailed, organized, and proactive project management.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Collaborate with project leaders and sales teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Participate in contract negotiations, execution, and follow-ups.
Utilize and present promotional materials such as portfolios, samples, and presentations (digital and physical).
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Design, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, or Ultra High-End Goods.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, with a client-facing mindset.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction details.
Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Proficient in iOS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and general digital tools.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude, professionalism, and openness to feedback.
