Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Worker with experience in vinyl siding, windows, roofing, and deck construction to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install vinyl siding, windows, roofing materials, and decks according to project specifications and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with crew members and communicate clearly with supervisors
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in vinyl siding, window installation, roofing, and deck construction
- Must have own transportation, and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience and scope of work
- Paid per project (1099 contractor status – no benefits)
- Consistent work available throughout the South Coast Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
