OBJETIVO:

• Recibir, clasificar, almacenar y realizar deploy de los ítems de inventario en los sites y/o instalaciones del cliente, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las funciones y actividades operativas del proyecto.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Descargar, verificar y recibir el material entregado por los drivers, firmando y validando la orden de entrega.
• Recibir, clasificar y almacenar los ítems correspondientes al proyecto en los sistemas NIAA y Roadmap, siguiendo el proceso de inventario establecido.
• Clasificar los ítems utilizando blue tape, asignando módulo y BOM a cada ítem.
• Ubicar los ítems recibidos en la zona X o cage, según corresponda.
• Realizar auditorías de inventario para prevenir errores por ítems mal recibidos.
• Realizar el deploy de todos los ítems del proyecto para su correcta puesta en marcha.
• Elaborar y reportar al PM informes de materiales en site, incluyendo materiales adicionales y faltantes (extras y missing).
• Informar cualquier problema relacionado con el inventario al PM y al Senior Non Inventory Manager, de forma verbal y escrita.

Nota:
El NIR no tiene la responsabilidad de reportar al SUM ni de comunicar actualizaciones del inventario. Esta responsabilidad corresponde únicamente al PM asignado.

HABILIDADES:

• Comunicación oral y escrita (español e inglés).
• Manejo de Microsoft Office y herramientas ofimáticas.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
• Puntualidad.

• Receive, classify, store, and deploy inventory items at client sites and/or facilities, ensuring proper execution of project operational activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload, verify, and receive materials delivered by drivers, signing and validating delivery orders.
• Receive, classify, and store project-related items in NIAA and Roadmap systems, following established inventory procedures.
• Classify items using blue tape, assigning module and BOM to each item.
• Place received items in Zone X or the cage, as applicable.
• Perform inventory audits to prevent errors caused by incorrectly received items.
• Execute deploy of all project items to ensure proper project launch.
• Prepare and report site material reports to the PM, including extra and missing materials.
• Report any inventory-related issues to the PM and the Senior Non Inventory Manager, both verbally and in writing.

Note:
The NIR is not responsible for reporting to the SUM or communicating inventory updates. This responsibility lies exclusively with the assigned PM.

SKILLS:

• Oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office productivity tools.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Punctuality.
